Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlanPal platform and services. By accessing or using PlanPal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.
Definitions
"PlanPal", "we", "us", "our" refers to the PlanPal platform and its operators.
"User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the PlanPal platform.
"Services" refers to all features, functionality, tools, and content available through the PlanPal platform.
"Subscription" refers to the paid PlanPal Pro service that grants access to premium features.
Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Subscription and Billing
PlanPal offers a premium subscription service ("PlanPal Pro") that provides access to additional features.
Subscription Fees: By subscribing to PlanPal Pro, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated at the time of purchase. Fees are billed on a one-time basis.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Refunds: Refunds may be issued at our discretion. Please contact our support team for refund requests.
Acceptable Use
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload or distribute malicious code or content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- Use the Services to send unsolicited communications
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Automate access to the Services without our explicit permission
- Share your account credentials with others
Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by PlanPal and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for their intended purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Services, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content to provide and improve our Services.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information provided through the Services is accurate or reliable. At any point, we reserve the right to shut down the service without notice.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLANPAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any content obtained from the Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
